Generally the Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in all his duties, and leads the kitchen in his absence. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 10 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Duties Ensuring that all dishes that leave the kitchen meet our high standards Accommodating the specific needs and preferences of all guests Supporting the Hosting/waiting team with off-property meals (bush breakfasts, picnics, bush dinners etc) Maintaining top kitchen hygiene and compliance standards Making optimal use of leftover stocks/ingredients Qualifications: We are looking for a hospitality professional who has worked for a luxury property catering to discerning international guests.
