Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a sales and distribution strategy to increase product visibility and market share. • Identify and onboard new clients, including supermarkets, bars, and convenience stores. • Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors and retailers. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities. • Drive in-store activation, merchandising, and promotional initiatives to boost sales. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Represent the company in client meetings and trade events. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the FMCG sector, preferably in food and beverage or snacks. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Must be willing to travel frequently within the field. • Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
