Introduction to the Role Optimise Outsourcing is growing its European marketplace presence and looking for a detail- driven Marketplace Executive to join the team. You'll create and optimise product listings, track performance KPIs, and support our Marketplace Manager in scaling our accounts across Amazon, eBay, and other key European platforms. 2. About the Client Our client is a nationally recognised, design-led UK nursery brand with strong distribution across major retail partners and a growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce presence. They operate in a commercially demanding, margin-sensitive category where: Trade investment is significant Retailer funding structures are commercially complex Promotional discipline is essential Seasonal trading materially impacts profitability Portfolio performance must be actively optimised They value trust and transparency and work closely with offshore support teams to deliver timely, well-coordinated services. Key Responsibilities Product Listings: Create and maintain product listings across Amazon and additional EU marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Optimisation: Enhance listings through improved imagery, keywords, conversing with AI, and applying A+ content to drive visibility, ranking and conversion. Performance Marketing: Track reviews, ranking and conversion data, flagging insights and action points. Data-Driven Insight: Run and analyse reports on KPI's and forecasts, identifying new opportunities for growth. Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product information meets all relevant safety and compliance requirements. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical or listing errors, open and manage support cases where required. 5. Essentials Attention to detail (Essential) Ability to solve complex problems Commercial awareness Data driven Experience in online marketplaces, Amazon (Essential) additional marketplaces (Desirable) Helium10 / Jungle scout experience (Desirable) Multi-lingual, fluent in English (Essential) with German as a secondary language (Desirable) 6.
