Waitstaff - Eldoret Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: Location Eldoret Job Field Food, Beverage and Hospitality Primary Purpose and Scope the Job (Job Role)- To welcome, sit, take & serve food and beverage orders to our guests in a friendly, timely manner and ensure a clean environment in accordance to Java service standards Duties and Responsibilities: Presenting a variety of menu options and take lead on suggestive selling based on customer preferences. Handling customer interactions at various levels of customer touch points. Assist the guest navigate through the menu comfortably- Inform guests of menu changes, daily specials and assist the guest navigate through the menu comfortably. Taking orders and delivering them to the table neatly and accurately in accordance to the ticket specification. Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services. Monitor and observe guests dining experience: to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service respond promptly and courteously to address any guest concern ¬ify the manager. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Ensuring there is enough change at all times. Maintaining shift float money and ensuring no shortages.
