The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management Supervise, guide, and support the daily activities of the sales team to ensure optimal performance. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs. Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives to improve productivity, customer engagement, and conversion rates. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and performance feedback. Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture. Business Development & Revenue Growth Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market penetration and sales growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Develop initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Market Intelligence & Customer Engagement Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives and key customers to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer needs, providing recommendations to management. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product positioning and business decisions. Sales Operations & Compliance Prepare and submit sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates. Ensure timely collection of customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts where necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG, detergents, cleaning chemicals, manufacturing, or related sectors. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
