Startup Lions ICT Campus is hiring an ML Cohort Guide skilled in machine learning instruction, data science mentorship, technical curriculum facilitation, and hands-on project guidance. Role Purpose The ML Cohort Guide is responsible for delivering core learning modules, guiding students in both technical and professional skills, and ensuring high-quality facilitation aligned with the Mobile LEAP curriculum. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions. Provide one-on-one academic and emotional support to learners. Monitor student progress throughout the cohort. Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate learners. Report student performance and concerns to the Cohort Captain. Assist in organizing outputs and learning evaluations. Qualifications Graduated from Bootcamp training program level Successfully completed the TTT program and have been a Coach in at least two Mobile LEAP Cohorts. Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to mentor students, Apprentices and Coaches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
