Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors. Negotiate contracts and pricing without compromising on quality. Oversee procurement of technical equipment, spare parts, and consumables. Coordinate with Technical and Fleet teams to avoid stock-outs and downtime. Manage procurement budgets and maintain accurate purchasing records. Ensure procurement activity complies with company policy and regulation. Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPS certification is an added advantage. 5+ years’ procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in a technical or industrial setting. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Comfortable with procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office. Sharp analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A track record of hitting cost-saving and delivery targets.
