Proficiency in social media management, influencer marketing, and content strategy is required. Our client is looking for a highly organized, creative, and results-driven social media & Influencer Manager to bring our clients’ social media strategies to life. You’ll be responsible for managing content calendars, publishing, community engagement, influencer partnerships and management and performance reporting across multiple client accounts. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and maintain content calendars across multiple client accounts and social media platforms. Oversee daily content publishing to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and optimal timing. Brief and manage creative assets, including copy, graphics, and video content, in collaboration with internal teams and freelancers. Identify, vet, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with client brand values and campaign objectives. Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and briefing to content approvals, publishing, and performance reporting. Maintain influencer databases and relationship trackers across active campaigns. Oversee community management activities across client brands and ensure timely audience engagement. Monitor brand conversations and proactively identify opportunities or potential risks. Track, analyze, and report social media and influencer campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and audience behavior to improve campaign performance. Collaborate closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Required Qualification & Experience 2–3 years of Social Media Management experience within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency is mandatory. Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Demonstrated experience managing content calendars and executing social media campaigns across major platforms. Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from planning and execution to reporting. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different brands. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in social media scheduling and management tools. Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Campaign Execution. Data Analysis, Performance Reporting, and Campaign Optimization. Project Management, Creativity, and Adaptability Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
