Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the student recruitment journey. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. At least 3 years' experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in the education sector is an added advantage. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
