Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities Operate advanced SIM embedding machines strictly in accordance with approved operating procedures and work instructions, ensuring seamless production flow. Precisely set up equipment and verify critical production parameters (temperature, pressure, alignment, and speed) before the commencement of each production run. Proactively monitor machine performance and production output in real-time to ensure optimal efficiency, accuracy, and minimal downtime. Conduct regular, systematic quality inspections throughout the production process, verifying chip placement, encapsulation integrity, and physical appearance. Promptly identify, document, and report any equipment faults, production anomalies, or material discrepancies to the maintenance and supervisory teams. Maintain accurate, detailed, and legible production logs and operational records, ensuring full traceability of batches and machine performance metrics.
