You will create engaging content, appear in videos and livestreams, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition through innovative social media Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nairobi, Kenya Job descriptions & requirements 1.Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other online communities. 2.Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness, followers, user engagement, and platform registrations. 3.Develop creative content ideas, scripts, shooting plans, and participate in video production, street interviews, livestreams, and other brand content. 4.Confidently appear on camera for promotional videos, live streaming sessions, interviews, and social media campaigns. Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, influencers, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing content. 5.Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics, including reach, engagement, followers, video views, and conversions, and continuously optimize content performance. 6.Stay up to date with local social media trends, viral topics, and audience preferences to create localized and relevant content. 7.Conduct competitor research and provide insights on content strategies, campaigns, and market trends. 8.Manage online communities, respond to user interactions, and help build an active and positive brand community. 9.Support company marketing campaigns, promotional events, influencer collaborations, and other brand activities. Requirements 1.Minimum 2 years' experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field. 2.Confident and comfortable appearing on camera, with experience in livestreaming, video hosting, interviews, or brand content creation. 3.Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging social media platforms. 4.Excellent content planning, storytelling, copywriting, and short-video creative skills. 5.Basic photography and video shooting skills, with an understanding of content production workflows. 6.Familiarity with social media analytics and performance optimization. 7.Good aesthetic sense and the ability to work effectively with designers and video editors. 8.Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills. 9.Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under deadlines. 10.Positive personality with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
