Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements JOB TITLE ALCOHOL SALES REPRESENTATIVE NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SALARY KSHS.40,000-50,000 JOB LOCATION ELDORET (INDICATE AREA IN APPLICATION) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration in assigned territories. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions with trade partners. Execute route-to-market strategies to maximize distribution and visibility. Trade Channel Management Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets. Ensure product availability and visibility in both modern trade and general trade channels. Implement merchandising standards and promotional activities. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints promptly. Conduct regular visits to outlets to strengthen client engagement. Train and support retailers on product knowledge and sales promotions. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Track sales against targets and budgets. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Recommend initiatives to improve sales and profitability. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in FMCG, with preference for alcoholic beverages industry. Must have a driving license Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and retail trade. Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution models and route-to-market strategies. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
