Key Responsibilities Project Initiation & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and client stakeholders. Develop detailed project blueprints and master schedules. Execution & Execution Monitoring: Track project performance using KPIs, ensuring timelines are met for milestones like network deployments, software integrations, and security audits. Resource & Team Management: Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal teams, including network engineers, software developers, systems architects, and third-party vendors.
