You’ll partner with tech, treasury, and regional teams to integrate cutting-edge tools directly into our ERP, turning manual tasks into streamlined, automated processes. Fortify Payment Controls: Design and standardize robust pre- and post-payment vendor reconciliation systems. You’ll investigate complex transactions to actively eliminate duplicate payments, resolve aged balances, and ensure absolute compliance. Manage Risk & Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively identify operational bottlenecks, design corrective action plans, and keep our teams completely audit-ready. You will be the gatekeeper of our financial policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Empower & Grow a Talented Team: Provide direct mentorship, coaching, and career development for a team of finance professionals.
