Nutritional Assessment • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments by evaluating clients' dietary habits, medical history, lifestyle, and health goals. • Identify nutritional deficiencies, dietary concerns, and potential health risks. • Analyze assessment findings and recommend appropriate nutrition interventions. • Monitor clients' nutritional status and provide recommendations for improvement. B. Nutrition Planning and Counseling • Develop individualized meal plans and nutrition programs tailored to clients' health conditions, goals, and dietary preferences. • Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and education to clients. • Educate clients on healthy eating habits, portion control, hydration, and sustainable lifestyle changes. • Monitor client progress and modify nutrition plans where necessary to achieve desired outcomes. • Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients adhere to recommended nutrition plans. C. Customer Engagement and Sales • Engage with walk-in, online, and referred clients to understand their nutrition and wellness needs. • Educate customers on the benefits of healthy nutrition and the organization's meal plans and wellness services. • Recommend suitable meal plans based on clients' health goals and dietary requirements. • Promote and sell meal plans, nutrition packages, and other wellness services offered by the organization. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage retention and repeat business. • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and increase meal plan subscriptions. D. Health and Wellness Promotion • Conduct nutrition awareness sessions, workshops, seminars, and wellness programs. • Promote preventive healthcare through healthy eating and lifestyle practices. • Develop nutrition education materials, including meal guides, wellness tips, and dietary recommendations. • Support organizational wellness initiatives, campaigns, and community outreach programs. E. Compliance and Food Safety • Ensure all nutrition practices comply with applicable health regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies. • Provide guidance on food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling practices where applicable. • Maintain confidentiality of all client health, nutrition, and personal information. F. Reporting and Documentation • Maintain accurate records of nutritional assessments, consultations, meal plans, and client progress. • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports outlining all completed tasks. • Document recommendations, follow-up actions, and client outcomes.
