Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements JOB TITLE FIELD SALES MARKETER (4 POSITIONS) NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY LABORATORY EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER SALARY KSHS.18,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS JOB LOCATION NAIROBI DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, research, and scientific sectors. Promote the clients laboratory products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, universities, research institutions, NGOs, and corporate organizations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, present products and services, and close sales. Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to clients. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends. Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure excellent customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events. Maintain accurate customer records using the company's sales reporting systems. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, marketing, healthcare marketing, laboratory services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or scientific products. Experience working with laboratories, hospitals, research institutions, universities, NGOs, or scientific organizations will be an added advantage. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
