The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and other items while ensuring professionalism and excellent customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities Collect, transport, and deliver documents, parcels, and other items to designated locations within the required timelines. Verify delivery information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery where necessary. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and any related documentation. Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of all items during transit. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity. Report delivery delays, incidents, or customer concerns promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's image when interacting with clients. Adhere to company policies and all road safety regulations. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Must have a Diploma in any field Previous experience in a messenger, courier, or delivery role is an added advantage. Valid motorcycle riding license (Class A) with a clean riding record. Good knowledge of Kisaju and surrounding areas. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
