Premier Bank Direct Sales Representative - Nakuru Jobs in Kenya Premier Bank Direct Sales Representative - Nakuru Jobs in Kenya The Direct Sales Representatives will; contact potential customers and work to sell products and services offered by the Bank. They will also handle basic customer issues and escalate where necessary. Key Responsibilities: Actively sell and cross‑sell the Bank’s products and services to new and existing customers. Persuade clients to open accounts; follow up on dormant or unfunded accounts to encourage usage and retention. Maintain and update customer sales databases; follow up on referrals to generate leads and convert them into clients. Conduct market research during field assignments; report findings to sales managers/supervisors. Participate in promotion of new products and services; support marketing activations and campaigns. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports; track prospective business pipelines. Conduct presentations to potential customers to communicate benefits: of opening accounts with PBK. Undertake other duties assigned by management to support business objectives. Qualifications Diploma in Sales & Marketing; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations preferred. Professional sales qualifications/ experience: an added advantage. Minimum 1 year relevant work experience: with proven results. Strong sales, business development and customer service orientation. Competencies & Attributes Go‑getter, enthusiastic, results‑oriented with excellent communication and social skills. Forward planner, mature, reliable, hardworking and able to work independently. Sound knowledge of Bank products and CBK Prudential Guidelines (KYC/account opening). Understanding of markets and customer needs/trends. Professionalism, diplomacy and patience. Passion for superior customer service. Ability to network, build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ability to convince and close deals. Strong PR, interpersonal and reporting skills. Problem analysis, time management and listening ability. Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet, Email). Honest with high integrity.
