We’re not a large corporation. We’re a startup building something that has never been done before. That means things move fast, priorities change, problems appear unexpectedly and everyone helps build the company. If you enjoy routine, this role probably isn’t for you. If you enjoy building, solving problems and taking ownership, keep reading. The Role You’ll work directly with customers across Kenya. One day you’ll deliver and activate a laptop. Another day you’ll carry out customer verification. You’ll explain our products and payment plans, solve basic technical issues, help customers get started and represent X1X in the field. No two days are exactly the same. Who will succeed in this role?
