The successful candidate will support the cost management and quantity surveying functions across various stages of construction projects, from feasibility to final account. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation. • Support in the measurement and valuation of works in accordance with standard methods of measurement. • Help manage project budgets, monitor costs, and provide cost reporting. • Assist in tender evaluations and contractor appointment processes. • Prepare interim payment valuations and final accounts. • Attend site visits and assist in preparing progress reports. • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants under the guidance of senior staff. • Support in the change management process, including cost impacts of variations. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying. • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a construction consultancy environment. • Familiarity with relevant standard forms of contract (e.g., JBC, FIDIC, etc.). • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar). • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
