The successful candidate will be responsible for timely collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and other items while maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and other items to clients and offices. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the required timelines. Obtain delivery acknowledgements and maintain accurate delivery records. Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delays. Perform routine checks and ensure the assigned motorcycle is kept clean and in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly. Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety policies. Support other office errands as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience as a motorcycle rider/messenger. Valid Motorcycle Riding Licence (Class A) . Good knowledge of Nairobi roads, especially Westlands and surrounding areas. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-organized. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
