The successful candidate will identify high‑value opportunities, build strong relationships with decision‑makers, conduct client visits, present product portfolios, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within institutional and corporate accounts. Conduct regular client visits and develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers. Present and promote company products and solutions tailored to client needs. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and business development activities. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and sales opportunities. Negotiate with clients and close high‑value sales. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets. Follow up on prospective clients from initial engagement to sale completion. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities. Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client order fulfilment. Provide regular sales, client visit and pipeline reports to management. Maintain professional relationships with existing clients; identify repeat business and referral opportunities. Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits and engagements. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years’ proven experience: in B2B, corporate, institutional or consultative sales. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build client relationships and close high‑value sales. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Excellent business development and networking abilities. Ability to engage confidently with senior decision‑makers and procurement teams. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management. Valid driving licence and professional driving ability. Willingness to travel extensively for client visits. Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently. Strong reporting, organizational and follow‑up skills.
