Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Recruiter : Human Capital Outsourcing Limited (On behalf of our Client) Industry : Poultry Farming | Food Processing | FMCG Location : Thika, Kenya Employment Type : Full-Time Department : Security & Administration Reports To : Human Resource & Administration Manager / Chief Executive Officer Position Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment by implementing security procedures, controlling access, preventing losses, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding effectively to security incidents across the company's farms, processing plants, warehouses, offices, and distribution facilities. Key Responsibilities Control access to company premises and verify all visitors, staff, and contractors. Conduct routine patrols of company facilities and surrounding areas. Monitor CCTV systems and security surveillance equipment. Protect company assets against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Maintain detailed security occurrence books and incident reports. Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, vehicles, and personnel. Ensure compliance with company security procedures and policies. Investigate security breaches and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies where necessary. Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency preparedness. Support health and safety initiatives across company operations. Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities. Escort visitors, contractors, and high-value deliveries when required. Report suspicious activities and security concerns to management. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience Diploma Security Management.• Criminology Qualification Advantage. Three Years Security Experience. Corporate Security Experience. CCTV Operations Knowledge. Security Risk Assessment. Emergency Response Skills. Incident Reporting Skills. Fire Safety Knowledge. Computer Literacy Required. Valid Certificate Good Conduct. Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
