Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities Identify and contact potential tenants suitable for Beyond Mall. Speak directly with business owners, directors, branch managers, heads of retail, expansion managers, operations managers and other authorised decision-makers. Qualify prospects based on business type, space requirement, budget, level of interest and opening timeline. Share approved leasing information and available space details. Follow up prospects and arrange site visits or meetings at their offices. Assist interested tenants through the booking, deposit and lease-signing process. Update the provided Excel sales report daily. Maintain accurate records of contacts, feedback, follow-up dates, meetings and next actions. Weekly Targets Minimum 20 conversations with decision-makers. Minimum 8 serious qualified tenant leads. Minimum 5 completed site visits or office meetings. Daily reporting. Requirements Strong sales, communication and follow-up skills. Confidence in speaking with senior business decision-makers. Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets. A reliable smartphone available for official communication. A laptop and ability to use Excel and email. Availability to attend site visits and office meetings. Sales, business development, leasing, retail or real estate experience is an advantage. A company SIM card and official email address will be provided.
