Kebarick Ventures Jobs. Full-Stack Software Engineer designing and building digital platforms across business, healthcare, and HR systems, requiring solid full-stack development skills with experience: in frontend, backend, and databases, in a technology/consultancy environment, on-site role. Kebarick Ventures is looking for a talented, practical and product-minded Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design, build and continuously improve our growing portfolio of digital platforms. This role is for someone who enjoys solving real business problems with technology — not simply writing code. You will work on systems used across business, healthcare, HR, recruitment and digital operations, helping turn ideas and operational challenges into secure, reliable and easy-to-use software. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON The successful candidate will contribute to solutions such as: SaaS business applications Healthcare and HMIS platforms HR, Payroll, Attendance and Workforce Management systems Recruitment and Applicant Tracking Systems Business websites, customer portals and internal platforms APIs, integrations and third-party services Databases, reporting and business intelligence features Authentication, permissions and multi-user workflows Mobile-ready and cloud-based applications System improvements, automation and performance optimisation Key Responsibilities: You will be expected to: Design and develop frontend and backend application features Build clean, responsive and intuitive user interfaces Design and maintain reliable databases and data models Develop and integrate APIs and external services Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues and production problems Improve existing systems without disrupting working functionality Translate business and user requirements: into practical technical solutions Write maintainable, secure and scalable code Test features thoroughly before deployment Participate in architecture, product and workflow discussions Document important technical decisions and system behaviour Continuously improve system performance, usability and reliability WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You may be a strong fit if you: Have solid full-stack software-development skills Are comfortable working across frontend, backend and databases Understand APIs, integrations and modern web application architecture Can work with an existing codebase as confidently as building something new Pay attention to user experience: and interface quality Can debug problems methodically and solve them without creating new ones Understand security, data integrity and access-control principles Can translate a real-world business process into a working software workflow Are curious, adaptable and willing to learn new technologies when necessary Take ownership of the quality of what you build THE KIND OF ENGINEER WE WANT We are not looking for someone who only waits for detailed technical instructions. We want an engineer who can look at a problem and ask: What is the user trying to achieve? What is the simplest reliable solution? How should we build it — and how do we make sure it keeps working as the system grows? You should be able to think beyond individual screens and features and understand how the user experience, business process, data, integrations and underlying architecture fit together. If you enjoy building software that people actually depend on, we would like to hear from you.
