Job Purpose The Technical Baker is responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods while offering technical expertise, recipe development, and product demonstrations. The role also involves actively driving sales of Bake and Top products through customer engagement, technical support, and effective relationship management to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Baking & Technical Support Prepare, bake, and decorate products using Bake and Top ingredients in line with company standards. Develop, test, and recommend recipes to showcase product applications and drive customer interest. Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and technical training sessions for both internal staff and external clients. Provide guidance to bakery teams and customers on the correct use of Bake and Top products. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
