Overall purpose of the job: Working under the supervision of the Laboratory in-charge, the successful candidates will perform diagnostic laboratory tests and scientific investigations to support accurate medical diagnoses. Key responsibilities: Collect, register, and analyze patient specimens within approved testing protocols. Timely and clear reporting of test findings to clinical staff and patients. Maintain strict quality control by using proper reagents, calibrating equipment, and keeping workspace hygienic. Prepare routine diagnostic and operational laboratory reports.
