The primary focus of the assignment will be to support the coordination and management of the STOP Programme implemented through UNICEF's third-party contractor. Task description Under the supervision of the Emergency Specialist, the UN Volunteer will: • Support day-to-day coordination of the consultant’s deployment. • Monitor deployment requests and maintain tracking systems for consultants and surge personnel. • Liaise with country offices, regional offices, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other partners on deployment requirements and status updates. • Track consultant contracts, deployment timelines, travel arrangements, and extensions. • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and deployment summaries. • Maintain records and databases related to deployments. • Support coordination meetings and follow up on action points with relevant stakeholders. • Assist with knowledge management, documentation of lessons learned, and preparation of briefing materials.
