The program offers exposure to various functions including ICT, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales and Marketing. This one-year program is designed to identify, develop, and nurture fresh graduates by equipping them with practical skills, professional experience, and industry knowledge necessary to build sustainable careers. Successful candidates will be attached to various departments within the company and will gain hands-on experience while contributing to the organization’s objectives. Roles and Responsibilities The Graduate Trainee will support various departments and will be expected to: · Assist in the day-to-day operations of assigned departments. · Support teams in implementing projects and operational activities. · Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development activities. · Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports. · Provide administrative and operational support where required. · Support customer service initiatives to enhance client experience and satisfaction. · Contribute to sales and marketing activities, including market research and customer engagement. · Assist in ICT-related tasks, including system support and basic troubleshooting where applicable. · Support financial and accounting processes, including documentation and record management. · Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. · Demonstrate initiative, innovation, and continuous learning in assigned tasks. · Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
