Power Vision Jobs. Looking for a security job in Kenya? Power Vision is recruiting a Security Supervisor position for a client. Proficiency in security operations, team supervision, and incident management is required. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards across assigned locations. Conduct routine inspections to ensure security personnel are alert, well-groomed, and adhering to company procedures. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and client concerns. Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports for management. Ensure guards are properly deployed and shifts are adequately covered. Conduct regular patrols and inspections of client premises. Train, mentor, and guide security guards on company policies and security procedures. Enforce discipline and ensure compliance with operational standards. Liaise with clients and management to address security concerns and improve service delivery. Carry out spot checks and surprise inspections at various assignments. Ensure security equipment and company property are properly maintained and accounted for. Requirements Male candidates only. Must be 30 years of age or older. Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Security Supervisor . Must possess a valid motorcycle riding licence (mandatory). A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage. Certificate in Security Management or KCSE Certificate . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, write, and prepare basic reports. High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A team player with the ability to manage and motivate security personnel.
