Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize returns. Analytics and reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools. Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting insights and recommendations. Use data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates. Content creation: Develop engaging digital content using Canva or similar design platforms. Collaborate with creative teams to produce visuals and copy for ads. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Social media management: Manage and grow social media presence using Hootsuite or similar platforms. Engage with audiences to build brand loyalty and awareness. Monitor trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Strategy development: Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Identify new opportunities for online growth and lead generation. Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools and trends. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Google Certification in Digital Marketing or Ads. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven track record of running successful paid media campaigns. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creativity in campaign design and execution. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
