The HR Clerk serves as the primary custodian of HR data integrity and departmental workflow efficiency. Focus: Administrative support, data accuracy, and records management. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES a. Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files. b. Process HR documentation (contracts, leave, letters). c. Support recruitment logistics (scheduling, filing). d. Monitor attendance and process leave applications. e. Compile payroll data (timesheets, overtime). f. Ensure audit-ready filing and compliance. g. Handle general HR inquiries and correspondence. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS a. Diploma in Human Resources or related field. b. Valid IHRM Certificate — MANDATORY. c. 1–2 years HR administrative experience (Experience with high-traffic, semi- informal field workers — Added Advantage) d. Knowledge of Kenyan Union and labour laws. e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. f. Strong organizational and confidentiality skills. g. Ability to work in fast-paced EPZ environment.
