About the Job: The Regional BDM is primarily responsible for generating new business & client relationships in Kenya, Somalia & Djibouti regions. Network has existing client relationships in this regional and the Regional BDM will also be responsible for assisting in managing the relationships with clients, regulators, partners, and prospects and thus also generating cross selling opportunities to Network’s existing clients. Skills and Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in software and technology platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.
