Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nairobi, Kenya Job descriptions & requirements QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science in Data Science & Analytics. 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, AI adoption, workflow redesign, automation, or related transformation projects. Relevant certifications or training in: Microsoft Certified: Data Scientist Associate; Google Professional Data Engineer; AWS Certified Machine Learning- Specialty; Tableau/Power BI; Certified Data Analyst (CDMP/DAMA); Python/R programming. KEY COMPETENCIES Strategic Integration: Embeds financial logic, operational efficiency, and economic principles across organizational workflows. Enterprise-Wide Application: Applies strategic and economic frameworks to HR, procurement, supply chain, finance, and compliance processes to deliver measurable impact. Transformation Catalyst: Uses data science and generative AI to redesign workflows, optimize resource allocation, and align operations with strategic objectives. Responsible AI Mindset: Applies data privacy, security, documentation, adoption, and change-control standards to support compliant AI use. RESPONSIBILITIES Support workflow redesign projects by embedding AI tools, mapping currentstate processes, and documenting future-state operating models. Assist in building prompt libraries, reusable AI playbooks, generative AI dashboards, workflow trackers, and adoption reporting assets. Conduct data analysis to measure AI adoption, utilization, productivity gains, operational efficiency, risk indicators, and ROI. Document compliance overlays, control points, audit trails, user guidance, and audit-ready reporting for AI-enabled processes. Collaborate with IT and Data teams on secure deployment, integration testing, access controls, data governance, and continuous improvement. Prepare concise management insights and recommendations that connect AI initiatives to enterprise strategy, risk, training, and benefits realization.
