We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Customer Delivery Manager. This role is crucial in driving the success of our MI projects in the Safaricom Group, specifically in Ethiopia and Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading customer-centric initiatives, managing diverse delivery teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects while maintaining strong relationships with Nokia leadership and product lines. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all MI projects for the Safaricom Group, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Engage with customers at the Exco and Management level, building strong relationships and understanding their needs Lead and mentor a diverse team of delivery professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will also manage project costs and revenues, ensuring financial targets are met and optimizing resource allocation. Interface with Nokia Leadership and Product Line teams, providing regular updates and collaborating on strategic initiatives. Ensure effective communication and coordination across different teams and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, taking proactive measures to ensure smooth operations.
