Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional and behavioral issues Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes Help clients explore and identify goals and formulate action plans to achieve personal, social, educational and vocational development Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions Key responsibilities: Provide psychological Support to clients experiencing “life-issues such as trauma, end-of-life, illness, etc. Counselling for trauma/ grief and loss, acute and chronic illness, and mental health issues Support the employee assisted program (EAP) of the department of human resources.
