Key Responsibilities Maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Provide ICT support to employees across all departments. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals. Manage user accounts, system access, and data security. Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements. Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and posters. Create digital content for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns. Develop company presentations, reports, and corporate branding materials. Produce graphics for product packaging and promotional campaigns. Support photography, videography, and multimedia production. Maintain the company website and digital platforms. Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system integrity.
