Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and operational excellence. Ensure treatment rooms, reception, and common areas are clean, organized, and client-ready at all times. Monitor appointment scheduling, therapist productivity, and service quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety requirements. Sales & Business Performance Drive monthly revenue and profitability targets. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Promote retail product sales and service upgrades through effective coaching and merchandising. Increase client retention through outstanding service, follow-ups, and loyalty initiatives. Prepare operational and sales reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of aestheticians, therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development. Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance work culture. Client Experience Ensure every client receives a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience. Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Monitor client feedback and implement service improvements. Build lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Inventory & Administration Oversee inventory management for retail products and treatment consumables. Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage through effective inventory controls. Ensure accurate reporting, record-keeping, cash handling, and adherence to operational procedures. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business goals and promotional initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a spa, medical spa, aesthetics clinic, beauty clinic, or luxury wellness business. Strong understanding of spa operations, customer service, and retail sales. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Demonstrated success in achieving sales and operational KPIs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience using appointment booking systems and POS software is an added advantage.
