This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience, develop technical skills, and build a career in the food manufacturing industry under the guidance of experienced professionals. Location : Nairobi | Stipend : Ksh. 30,000 Duties & Responsibilities • Support daily food production operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. • Learn and apply company production procedures, quality standards, and food safety requirements. • Assist in monitoring production processes and reporting any quality or operational issues. • Work closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. • Maintain accurate production records and documentation. • Observe, learn, and receive mentorship from experienced supervisors and technical staff. • Comply with all company policies, food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and quality procedures. • Complete assigned projects and training programs within the stipulated timelines. • Perform any other duties assigned by the production supervisor. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or Analytical Chemistry. • Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper/Lower). First Class Honours will be an added advantage. • At least 1 year post-graduation exposure in a manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, or Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) will be an added advantage.
