Looking for an HR job in Kenya? Keep IT Cool is hiring a People & Culture Lead skilled in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational culture development. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offers. Facilitate onboarding, cross-boarding, and off boarding processes. Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation. Coordinate induction programmes and probation reviews. Maintain recruitment metrics and candidate records. Employee Lifecycle Management Maintain complete and accurate employee records, both physical and digital. Track probation, leave, and employee milestones. Ensure all HR documentation complies with company policies and statutory requirements. Performance & Learning Coordinate probation and performance review cycles. Track departmental KPIs and performance review completion. Support learning and development initiatives. Coordinate employee training programmes and maintain training records. Employee Experience & Culture Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives. Support internal communication and culture-building programmes. Assist with employee recognition initiatives. Respond to employee queries and provide HR guidance. Promote Keep IT Cool’s values through day-to-day interactions. HR Systems & Reporting Maintain HRIS and employee databases. Track recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, leave, and training metrics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (CHRP) or progress toward certification is highly desirable. Membership with IHRM Kenya will be an added advantage. At least three (3) years’ progressive experience in Human Resources. Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Working knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act and other relevant labour legislation. Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
