Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY SALARY KSHS.18,000 NET PLUS TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE KSHS.5,000 JOB LOCATION COAST REGION JOB SUMMARY The Field Marketing Executives will support business growth and enhance brand visibility across the Coast Region. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting on-ground market research, executing promotional activities, and building strong relationships with prospective clients to drive sales and revenue. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Field Marketing & Brand Promotion · Execute field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness across the Coast Region. · Represent the company professionally during activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events. · Distribute marketing materials and educate potential customers on the company's products and services. · Ensure consistent and positive brand representation in all customer interactions. Lead Generation & Sales Support · Identify and engage prospective clients through field visits and networking opportunities. · Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers. · Explain the company's services and value proposition to potential clients. · Follow up on leads and support the sales process to successfully close business. Market Research · Conduct on-ground market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. · Gather and report customer feedback to support product and service improvements. · Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments. Customer Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. · Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company offerings. · Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement process. Reporting & Administration · Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, leads, and customer interactions. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports. · Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION · Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. · Minimum of 2 years' experience in field marketing, brand activation, or a similar customer-facing role. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities. · Proven lead generation and customer engagement skills. · Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. · Good organizational and time management skills.
