City Walk is hiring an HR Officer to support recruitment processes, manage employee records, coordinate HR activities, handle employee relations and support effective human resource operations. They are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and people-oriented Human Resource Officer to join their team and support our expanding retail operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee movements. Prepare payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing. Coordinate employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and grievance handling. Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmations. Coordinate employee training, engagement, and welfare initiatives. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Prepare periodic HR reports and support HR audits. Provide HR support to multiple retail branches and advise line managers on HR matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field. CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) qualification is an added advantage. Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is desirable. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a retail, FMCG, or multi-branch environment.
