Our depots are in MOMBASA, NAKURU, KISUMU, ELDORET, CHAKA, MWINGI, EMBU AND EMALI The society invites applications from internal candidates to fill the following vacant position The society invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the following vacant position Job Purpose Stocks management – receiving, inspecting, storage and dispatch to customers and depots on timely basis. Key Responsibilities Controls inventory levels by conducting daily, weekly cycle counts as well as monthly stock takes and reconciling with ERP (SYSPRO). Ensure use of FEFO at all times and Up to date store records i.e. Bin cards/ syspro ERP Preparing and submitting daily stock movements to reconciliation team and sound stock to supervisor. Minimize / eliminate stock losses through detection and prevention of fraud, pilferage etc. Ensure the stocks are well organized as per the racking schedule. Ensure all transfers to internal/external are well documented and order/ journal are free from errors before receiving and issuing Daily reporting on space availability in all external stores Qualifications Degree or Higher diploma in logistics, purchasing and supply chain or procurement. KCSE certificate – C plain. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Team working skills and conflict management. Solution oriented and embracing new technology. Accountability and result driven. Be innovative. Must be prepared to work in a shift arrangement. Team Player 2 years’ experience in a busy FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
