Oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion. Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client needs. Drive business growth by identifying new clients and cultivating long-term relationships. Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality project delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and team performance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales. Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial interior design projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or similar design tools. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and drive results.
