Proficiency in employee relations, HR compliance, and Kenyan labour laws is required. Our client in the logistics & freight industry is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to support employee onboarding, strengthen people operations, promote employee engagement, and ensure HR compliance across the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate employee onboarding and induction. Support employee relations and performance management initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure statutory compliance. Coordinate office administration and operational support. Implement HR policies and support day-to-day people operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources. Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices. Flexible, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. CHRP qualification is an added advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
