They evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and configure systems to optimize workflows and support strategic goals They often serve as trusted advisors, guiding clients through complex functional challenges and ensuring software investments deliver measurable value Key Responsibilities · Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders · Process Design: Develop workflows and processes aligned with business objectives · System Configuration: Customize and configure software applications to meet organizational needs · Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, identify issues, and ensure solutions function correctly before deployment · Training and Support: Educate end-users, facilitate adoption, and provide ongoing support · Project Collaboration: Work with technical consultants, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget · Proactively accept responsibility and focused t reach goals which generate an immediate benefit for the client and at the same time identify and negotiate billable services.
