This is a nationwide recruitment with 450 available positions, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to fundraising, community development, and sustainable impact initiatives across Africa. Successful candidates will work closely with the proposal development team to prepare high-quality grant proposals, business plans, concept notes, and other fundraising documents that support organizations in securing funding. Key Responsibilities Research grant and funding opportunities from local and international donors. Prepare high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications. Develop business plans and project proposals. Prepare project budgets and Logical Frameworks (Logframes). Support organizations in fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives. Review, edit, and proofread proposal documents for quality and accuracy. Collaborate with the proposal development team to deliver quality submissions. Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of work. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualifications Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or an equivalent qualification in any field. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Passion for community development, innovation, and social impact. Added Advantage • Previous experience in proposal writing, grant writing, fundraising, or project development. Eligibility • Applicants must be 18–35 years of age. Training & Development Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training covering: Proposal and grant writing. Donor research and funding opportunity identification. Project design and planning. Business plan development. Budget preparation. Logical Framework (Logframe) development. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) fundamentals. Professional writing, editing, and proofreading. Proposal review and quality assurance. Resource mobilization and fundraising best practices. The training is designed to equip participants with the practical skills and knowledge required to prepare competitive, high-quality proposals for a wide range of organizations.
