Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to customers visiting the shop in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget. Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, performance, and available financing options. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements where applicable. Maintain excellent product knowledge of all vehicle parts in stock, including specifications, pricing, features, and market trends. Ensure the shop is clean, organized and presentable always. Manage customer inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers. Prepare quotations and negotiate sales while maintaining company pricing policies. Assist customers with documentation required during the spare parts purchase process. Monitor spare inventory and communicate stock requirements to management. Work closely with management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Keep accurate customer records and update sales activities in the company's sales system. Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, and current automotive market trends. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A certificate in Automotive Engineering or a related automotive course will be an added advantage. Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in vehicle sales, automotive sales, or showroom sales. Experience selling is highly preferred is an added advantage. Experience in customer service or retail sales within the automotive industry is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Excellent knowledge of motor vehicles parts, including different makes, models, and specifications. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Additional Requirements Passion for the automotive industry and emerging vehicle technologies.
