ICEA Lion Group Associate II: Business Development Nanyuki Jobs in Kenya ICEA Lion Group Associate II: Business Development Nanyuki Jobs in Kenya Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with assigned intermediaries. Navigate the sales cycle efficiently with a value‑driven approach. Implement optimal Client Relationship Management practices. Track and report performance against sales and retention targets. Drive revenue growth by overseeing daily sales activities of intermediaries. Keep clients informed about new and existing products. Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop and deliver quotations and tender documents promptly. Contribute to departmental planning and budgeting. Ensure compliance with credit control policies through debt collection initiatives. Foster intermediary engagement through visits, reviews, training, and motivation. Organize and execute market activations and outreach events. Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities or threats. Operational Procedures Ensure proposal forms and client documentation contain accurate details. Adhere strictly to Market Outreach operations manual and Code of Ethics. Complete customer care feedback forms during visits and liaise with supervisors. Ensure all intermediaries are fully licensed to trade. Learning & Growth Build personal skill set through in‑house programmes, e‑learning, and seminars. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a business‑related field. Additional qualifications in Sales & Marketing (advantage). Professional insurance qualification (ACII, FCII, or equivalent) considered an added advantage. Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in Retail or B2C sales and marketing, preferably in financial services.
