HR & Corporate Affairs Assistant Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 3 years Location Nairobi Job Field Human Resources / HR Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, attendance, and leave records. Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, performance management, and employee welfare initiatives. Assist with statutory HR compliance, including SHIF/NHIF, NSSF, and PAYE. Support disciplinary and grievance administration. Maintain corporate records, contracts, licenses, permits, leases, and insurance documentation. Liaise with regulators, county authorities, legal advisors, and other stakeholders. Coordinate CSR, community engagement, sponsorships, bursaries, and outreach initiatives. Maintain conservancy lease records, landowner registers, agreements, and related documentation. Provide administrative and reporting support across HR, corporate affairs, and field operations. Qualifications & Experience: Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience: in HR, administration, compliance, CSR, or a related role in hospitality, tours & travel, camps or lodges Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
